The First ever Chainsaw Carving Sandringham Cup took place at the Sandringham Craft, Art & Sculpture Fair in August, it saw 12 international carvers competiting for the cup with the eventual winner being Toshiyuki Nagai from Japan.
The Sandringham Craft, Art & Sculpture Fair in August was a huge success, the introduction of the working crafts marquees gave insight into the techniques of a working craftsman, a great day was had by all.
Two action packed arenas with demonstrations including falconry, gundogs, mounted games, multiscurry, scurry racing and much much more. Witness our talented craftsmen demonstrating their skills in the Craft Village, sample mouth watering culinary delights in Food Glorious Food complete with live cookery demonstrations and tastings and shop til you drop around the many trade stands. Try your hand at one or all of our 'Have A Go' sessions in falconry, fishing, dog handling, archery and shooting! For the younger members of the family we have childrens entertainments, puppet shows and make & take sessions. Open 10am until 6pm daily. Dogs are most welcome as long as suitably restrained.
